IS JOBBER RIGHT FOR ME?

We’ve already explored the reasons to search for a CRM service that would profit your company in the long term efforts toward growth.  There are many CRM platforms out there, but we are going to look at the ones most asked about.  We will see what features they advertise and their core plans (with payment information) so you can assess whether this company is right for your needs and determine whether more research is worth your time.

FEATURES LISTED

The Jobber website organizes its features into three categories: Business Features, Customer Features, and Growing Features. The tools they provide for the business include (not a complete list):

PAYMENT PLANS

Make sure you look at their website to see all the guidelines and requirements for signing up with a payment plan.  They have a FAQ section and will explain whether you pay monthly or yearly and all that other stuff.  The following is just a basic outline of their three payment plans including prices (as of 7-24-20).

Their most basic plan (Core Plan) is listed at $29/month (annually).  Some of the features are: 

  • Individual product support
  • Unlimited live chat, phone, and email support
  • Their CRM platform
  • Quoting and invoicing capabilities
  • Scheduling features
  • Mobile app
  • Credit card processing
  • Built-in reports to assess your company
  • Client hub: self-serve experience to make appointments, pay invoices, print receipts, etc.

Jobber’s median-priced plan (Connect Plan) is listed at $99/month (annually).  The features include those mentioned above in the “core plan” as well as:

  • Client notifications
  • Invoice follow-ups
  • Routing feature where you can assign a job to the closest team member on the map
  • GPS tracking
  • Time and expense tracking
  • Forms and checklists so your team delivers consistent service
  • Online booking

The plan with the most features (Grow plan) is $199/month (annually) and includes features listed above as well as:

  • Email/postcard campaigns (through MailChimp)
  • Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Task automation
  • Quote follow-ups
